The Making Connections 5km is a walk or run around the City of London, starting and finishing in Paternoster Square, by St Paul’s Cathedral.
The Making Connections 5km is taking place on 09th June 2027.

You can register here.
Each place includes a participant number and a medal.
It’s both, so please feel free to walk or run.
Walkers start at 7.00 pm, and runners start at 7.15 pm.
Yes there will be a bag drop at the Happenstance Bar, Paternoster Square.
Any items or bags left unattended in the event area may be removed and destroyed.
If you do see a bag unattended, please advise the event or security team immediately.

The Making Connections 5km is free to enter for all ARUP employees, partners, and associates.
Once you have registered, please do make a doantion to our charity partners and be sure to mention ARUP in your donation message!
This is an 18+ event only.
Children are welcome to attend as spectators, but they cannot take part in the walk or run.
Our Making Connections 5km route is step-free and fully accessible for participants wanting to take part in wheelchairs.

You can check in from when you receive your participant number by scanning the QR Code on the number.
The walk or run starts at 7.00 pm for walkers and 7.15 pm for runners.
Please be at the start point ready to walk or run 5-10 minutes before your wave is due to start.
There is a bag drop in the Happenstance Bar, Paternoster Square, by the start point.
Please do not leave any bags unattended in the event area, as they will be removed and may be destroyed.
If you do see a bag unattended, please advise the event or security team immediately.
